The article shows the specificities of the issue regarding the prospects of the development of education programs. The call of further discussion on the topic, as initiated by the paper, in intended to complement our foundation work on the develop- ment of education programs within the immigration in a multicultural world. The author analyzes the ideas concerning the features of education programs in the region. Moreover the author shows the importance of researches to better understand perspectives to analyze education programs. To do it, it is important to present comparative studies. The article shows some views on the model of the process of diversification of education programs (on the example of the Samara State Pedagogical University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the Pedagogical Institute in Ludwigsburg).
