Diversification of professional activity of a teacher of sports and pedagogical disciplines in a higher educational institution

The purpose of this study is to create organizational and pedagogical conditions for the diversification of the activities of teachers of sports and pedagogical disciplines to improve the quality of educational activities of students at the university. Research methods: to solve the set tasks, it is planned to use the following research methods: theoretical and methodological analysis of scientific and methodological literature on the problem under study; pedagogical observation and pedagogical methods of assessing and analyzing the pedagogical activity of teachers; questioning, testing, pedagogical experiment; qualitative, comparative historical and comparative comparative methods of analysis; methods of expert assessments, scaling, ranking, methods of mathematical statistics. The development of various means and methods, new forms and technologies of educational, scientific and educational interactions with students puts the quality of the educational process to a new level, helps prevent professional burnout, optimize and increase the productivity of teachers themselves.
