Resume: The research task was to identify the features of the development and clinical course of acute nephrological situations (ONS) in the waking period (8-23 g) and sleep (23-7 g), taking into account the meteorological factors (MF) of the Fergana Valley. It was revealed that cases of ONS fluctuate during periods of wakefulness and sleep, during the months of the season and throughout the year. During periods of wakefulness and sleep, the frequency of ONS and their clinical manifestations depend on the time of year: the highest frequency of ONS was noted in the spring-winter period; a comparatively smaller percentage of cases occur in the summer and autumn periods.
