Volunteering in the field of socio-educational work with disabled people

The article deals with the concepts of "volunteer activity", "volunteer organizations", "volunteers". The purposes of implementation of volunteer activity are allocated. The main directions of development of social and educational work with disabled people are analyzed. New rehabilitation technologies, forms in which volunteers implement the program of social and educational work are noted. Characterized by disability is a social phenomenon, which involves an integrated approach to the design of human life in the status of "disabled".
