Prehospital cardioversion methods for patients with heart failure syndrome complicated by paroxysm of atrium fibrillation in prevention of ischemic myocardium damage progress

Бесплатный доступ

There was a comparison of prehospital electroimpulse therapy (EIT) and pharmacological cardioversion (PCV) with amiodaron in patients with myocardial infarction, complicated by paroxysm of atrial fibrillation. The study included 148 patients with randomization into 2 groups: 79 patients were exposed to EIT; 69 patients had amiodaron initiation. At the first hour of treatment EIT had more efficiency (1,75) than PCV; EIT at prehospital level assisted to early rehabilitation of sinus rhythm, better prophylaxis and heart failure disease reduction compared with PCV. In the group of prehospital EIT use there less volumes cavity of left ventricle, less sizes of left atrium were noted compared with PCV group. Restriction of ischemic myocardium damage in early sinus rhythm rehabilitation of EIT caused less percent of HF in this group.
