The article discusses the procedure for concluding and the content of a land lease agreement. Describes the main regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, regulating this issue, and their main provisions. The relevance of the study is substantiated by the fact that the lease of land plots plays an important role not only in the land sector, but also in the system of the market economy of Russia.
