Gift contract

The article is devoted to the features of the execution and termination of the contract of donation in the system of civil law transactions. The purpose of the study is to determine the legal execution and termination of the contract of donation and identify problems of implementation, through the method of comparative legal analysis. The article offers suggestions on making amendments to the legislation, which will allow to eliminate problematic issues in practice using the rules of the institution of donation.
