Contract of sale regarding to the modern trading turnover

The article considers the role of contract law for commercial turnover in general, compares the regulation of trade turnover in our country and abroad. There is paid attention to the fact that the sales contract is the most frequently concluded among commercial contracts, its features are singled out, there are also different types of sales contracts. Also the article includes suggestion on conclusion of the studying types of contracts and introduction of amendments to them depending on the specifics of the product.
