Contract on full employee's financial responsibility: on the question of the expediency of the statutory concept

The article is focused on the contract of full financial responsibility. The legal nature and expediency of this statutory concept are analyzed. Standard forms of agreements on full liability, established by the Decree of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, contain provisions that are of great regulatory importance for the purposes of concluding the contract and bringing an employee to liability. At the same time, the current situation, in which such forms in the law enforcement plane are regarded by the parties to labor relations and the courts as norms of law, cannot be recognized as permissible. The existing structure of the agreement on full financial responsibility seems superfluous. As part of the article the author considers the possibility of replacing the current provisions with other forms of legal regulation, more consistent with the meaning and purpose of modern labor legislation.
