It has been a year since the signing of the Treaty on Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between the Russian Federation and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea by the leaders of our countries, Vladimir Putin and Kim Jong-un. This treaty is a continuation and development of the agreements between our countries from 1961 and 2000, and it serves as the legal basis for the participation of the North Korean contingent in the liberation of the Kursk region. Now, the United States and its allies, who have been attempting to impose their will on independent nations for decades, will have to take into account the factor of our military cooperation.
