In this article author provides a comprehensive analysis of civil contract of carriage of the passenger and luggage. The author considers the legal characteristics of this contract, where author discusses some questions about subject, subject composition, the qualifying characteristics and some standards of classification for this contract of carriage of the passengers and luggage. For the purposes of the learning this questions, the author gives some points of view and some opinions of the experts in the field of law. The problems, arising from the legal nature of this contract, in the article analyses based on opposite positions, identified by the authors in the theory of civil law.
