Agreement for retail sale of goods by remote method

The article is devoted to the remote retail sale and purchase agreement as one of the main types of civil obligations used in property circulation. We considers distance purchase and sale of goods, which is currently the most relevant form of trade. This type of sales is carried out through the conclusion of a retail sale and purchase agreement. The article deals with the problem of legal regulation of distance purchase and sale of goods in the European Union. The norms of Russian legislation are generally focused on similar norms of European legislation. We have analyzed the scientific doctrine in this area, considered the mechanism of selling goods remotely, identified the problems of legal regulation of these relations and proposed the ways of their solution.
