Contractual use of innovation developments and their importance for innovation activity

The article looks upon contractual uses of innovations in the sphere of intellectual property protection. A variety of contractual relations and their specifics are emphasized as the elements that require more detailed legal relations. The author also states that teaching innovators to transfer technologies is currently of topical interest. Legal mechanisms of stimulating transfer of technologies are demonstrated through American legal system practices. Terms of agreement in the sphere of innovation are investigated. The need to adopt a special law on the transfer of technologies and set up federal regional educational centres for teaching transfer of technologies are stipulated.
