The article gives the concept of contractual sources of law, a broad approach to understanding the contractual sources of constitutional law is given, their basic forms are defined, classification by types (international, domestic and regional) is carried out. An author’s approach is proposed to address the issue of the correlation between the Constitution of federal legislation, on the one side, and international legal acts, including the decision of the European Court of Human Rights, on the other side.
