Contractual relationships for energy supply: the specificity of legal regulation

The article deals with the issue of the specifics of the energy supply contract in terms of determining the features of its subject, as well as legal regulation measures in relation to this type of civil law contract. The research question is relevant for modern Russian law, since energy is a specific object of civil circulation. The research material is presented directly through the analysis of theoretical developments on this type of legal relationship, which revolve around a special material good, which is energy.
