Contractual regime of the property of spouses

In this article, the author examines the characteristics of the marriage contract in modern law enforcement. The main requirements of the lawmaker to the marriage contract, the rights and responsibilities of the spouses who are parties to the contract, as well as the most frequently arising disputes regarding the property of the spouses in the contractual legal regime are analyzed.
