The revenue part of the federal budget

The article analyzes the revenues of the state budget of the Russian Federation. It is noted that more than a half of the revenue is income from the foreign economic activity. Comparing with the developed countries it is rather high number, especially in comparison to the revenue share in the US budget of less than 2 %. The paper analyzes the dynamics of budget revenues article by article, noting the possibility to predict the budget revenue. It is shown that the income from foreign economic activity and the taxes on goods imported to the territory of the Russian Federation grew more slowly than the revenues in general. Also, it is pointed out that the structure of revenues in 2011-2014 remained almost unchanged.
