Leasing: implementation of the national project «Affordable and comfortable housing for russian citizens»

Leasing arrangements improve the housing availability in Russia. In addition to existing social lodging (non-privatized housing) and purchased commercial housing, there should be state-sponsored renting based on lease agreement. Such an accommodation would be in apartment buildings, specifically designed for leasing, owned and operated by private companies or muni-cipalities. This restores the pre-revolutionary system of tenement houses in Russia.
