Income of local budgets composition and ways of optimization

The article is devoted to the analysis of problems of formation of incomes of local budgets at the present stage of development of local self-government. The work reveals the imperfection of the legislative basis for the formation of incomes, suggests ways to optimize the formation of local budget revenues, proposals for changing the direction of increasing tax and non-tax revenues of local budgets.
