Evidence on application of the concept of "removing the corporate voil"

This article discusses the circumstances to be proved when applying the concept of "removing the corporate veil". Some problems arising from the collection of evidence in cases of "removing the corporate veil" were investigated. Special attention is paid to law enforcement practice.
