Evidential presumption in an individual bankruptcy case in arbitration proceedings

The article reveals and analyzes the evidentiary presumptions existing in practice in the framework of the bankruptcy case of an individual in the arbitration process. The author made an attempt to classify evidentiary presumptions in the bankruptcy case of an individual in the arbitration process. The paper also analyzes the subsystems of evidentiary presumptions in the framework of a bankruptcy case and the current state of bankruptcy in Russian society
