Evidential significance of electronic information copying in criminal procedure

This article deals with the evidential significance of electronic information in criminal cases. The practice and scientific positions on this issue are analyzed. It is legally determined that the electronic media are recognized as evidence. However, the usage of electronic products can be used as other documents. There are prerequisites for the recognition of electronic (computer) information as independent kind of evidence, but it requires some amendments in the Criminal Procedure Code.
