The doctrine of « Piercing the corporate veil»

This article explores the concept of the corporate veil piercing doctrine. The main features of the application of this doctrine in the law enforcement practice of the Russian Federation are studied in the framework of scientific work. Examples of judicial practice for solving this problem are given. This doctrine is reflected in the concept of development of civil legislation. The problem is revealed in the absence of insufficient elaboration in the disclosure of its terminology and features of the features of this doctrine.
