Doctrines of “guided democracy” in the domestic political discourse of the early XXI century: comparative analysis of approaches

The article analyses the three concepts of democracy created in the modern Russia: guided, sovereign and spectator. It is concluded that these doctrines are not the way to establish and justify the actual rule of majority based on Russian conditions, but they are strategies to maintain the existing political regimes in the framework of the formal democratic system.
