Documentation and marking of vehicles in road traffic

The economic role and importance of the road transport in most national economies is an important component of their development and an instrument for providing financial flows. Legal instruments as a means to achieve a goal should be placed in such a manner to contribute to a legal regulation and safety of the national economy. Not being mutually exclusive, they have to contribute to the development of the road transport, fast and safe transportation of goods and achieving economic effects. Modern trends in freight traffic demand combining different modes of transport and the developed transportation infrastructure, but also the harmonized legal rules, documentation and marking of vehicles in road traffic, the records on the effectiveness of the cost of fuel and lubricants in the system of value added tax, the uniform rules of the road transport on one's own account and the documentation to be held in vehicles.
