Document support of management as a mandatory component in managers’ training

The article describes the current stage of the Russian economy development. It is shown that the technologies of document management affect the efficiency of the organization. It has determined the rising demand for professional training of managing personnel, including the issues of document support of management. The need for integration of the document management into the business education is proved. The author discusses the important characteristics of continuing document management education. It is emphasized, that any organization should have a clearly defined policy of staff training. It should explain to managers what kind of training is encouraged and how it relates to the goals and strategy of the organization.
