Documentation of information is an important element in the development of modern informational society. This article discusses the main challenges and stages of development and documentation in educational organization SVE as an example of a separate educational institution (Moscow college of urban planning and entrepreneurship). The specific characteristics of the document flow are considered. The routing of documents within the college is described.
