The trade union documents as a source of data on their role in resolution of labour conflicts in the 1920-s

The article analyses the documents of the trade union organizations of the industrial enterprises of Tyumen regarding the settlement of conflicts between workers and management. The archival records, reflecting the work of public organizations in Tyumen enterprises, help to describe the result of the trade unions activities in the resolution of the labour conflicts. The content of the enterprises’ documents reflects the role of the trade union bodies in solving the problems that arose between workers and management.
