Sharing construction: current problems, retrospective and prospect of legal regulation

The purpose of the study is to study the key milestones in the development of legislation on shared construction, to identify urgent problems and innovations in this area. The methods of retrospection, analysis, modeling are used. The relevance of the study is due to the problems of legal regulation of participation in shared construction, which determined the actual abolition of the institution of shared construction and the transition to bank lending and other forms of financing that minimize risk for citizens. The paper considers a historical retrospective of the formation and establishment of the institution of shared construction, identifies key problems of legal regulation of this sphere, analyzes the innovations in the legislation of shared construction. The fundamental advantages and disadvantages of the new shared construction model are evaluated.
