Long-term planning for effective management of enterprises

In today's difficult economic conditions, the creation and development of modern enterprises should be based on a long-term planning system. The principles of building industrial ecosystems will make it possible to implement the strategic directions for the development of Russian industries in the face of a decline in the dynamics of foreign supplies of raw materials and international sanctions are of cross-industry significance. The organization of the production model, taking into account the transition to long-term planning at the enterprise of the future, increases the need to improve the existing organizational and process mechanisms for managing production. In this article, a method of situational volume-calendar operational production planning is developed on the basis of calendar-scheduled calculations for the execution of an order of an industrial enterprise. A model for the efficiency of the use of temporary production resources has been formed.
