The article provides a General description of the essence and significance of home visiting as a technology of social work with families raising disabled children. Home visiting is a qualitatively new technology in social work with the family that can provide qualified home help to the child and parents. Home visiting technology is necessary primarily for families raising young children, especially children under one year of age and children with complex combined disorders (motor and sensory disorders). Timely assistance of specialists helps parents from the very first months of a child's life to take into account its features of infant development.
