The dominating factors defining personality disadaptation of the deputy of parliament

The dominating factors that define the personality disadaptation of the deputy of Parliament are examined in the article. There is a description of three groups of the factors that lead to personality disadaptation of the deputy. They include factors caused by the specific character of parliamentary (legislative) activity; factors that reflect psychological features of personality of the deputies and factors of social and psychological character of personality of the deputy. It is mentioned that there are factors that refer to the environment of parliamentary activity and there are also factors of intersystem interaction. The author proposes preventive measures against disadaptation of personality of the deputy which may include measures of psychological, ideological, organizational and administrative character.
