Additional professional education is the main trend of modernity

This article presents the activity of the Institute of additional education of Volgograd State University, particularly international forum for directors of the system of additional professional education "Volgograd-2013" which took place in 2013 in the Institute of additional education and the project of the Institute "School of young leaders" in 2014.
