Pre-revolutionary period of formation and development of judicial power

The article analyzes the stages of the formation and development of the judiciary. The work reflects the pre-revolutionary stage of the formation of the judicial system, since it was at this time that the fundamental provisions concerning both the judicial system as a whole and the process of administering justice were fixed. The development of the state made it possible to create a centralized and unified judiciary, which has become a mechanism for protecting the rights and freedoms of a person and a citizen at the present stage of development of our state.
