Roadmap for the Formation of Competitiveness of University Graduates in the Context of the Transformation of the Modern Labor Market

The concept of a “roadmap” is considered as a strategic planning tool for the formation of competitiveness of university graduates. The relevance and role of the roadmap in the context of changes and transformation of the modern labor market are substantiated. Diff erent interpretations of the concept of “roadmap” in scientifi c and pedagogical research, its role in shaping the competitiveness of university graduates in the modern labor market are presented. The main elements that should be taken into account when developing the roadmap are highlighted, and the model of the passport for its implementation is presented. A roadmap has been developed, which is a step–by-step plan that allows structuring the process of forming the competitiveness of university graduates and their adaptation to the dynamic conditions of the modern labor market. The goal (improving the quality of education and adapting graduates to the requirements of the labor market), key tasks, stages of its implementation, resources and performance indicators are outlined. It is concluded that the use of the roadmap will make it possible to create a fl exible, adaptive model for training graduates who are able to work eff ectively in the face of modern challenges and changes.
