Early termination of the insurance contract in case of its conclusion physical person together with the credit agreement

Purpose: Consideration of a possibility of early termination of the insurance contract in case of its conclusion physical person together with the credit agreement. Methodology: The formal-legal method was used. Results: In article rules of early termination of the insurance contract if the insurance contract is signed together with the credit agreement for the purpose of decrease in risk of bank on a credit non-return are formulated. Novelty/originality/value: Article has the high scientific and practical value as is modern attempt of consideration of an actual problem.
