Bringing people to the police as a measure of public enforcement set by the federal law "On police"

The norms of the Federal Law No. 3-ФЗ On Police of February 7, 2011 administrating the ground and procedure of use of a measure of public enforcement, that is bringing people to the official premises of law enforcement bodies by the police, are analyzed. Interpretation of new and the most difficult for the practical application of the law is given; the suggestions for its implementation are made.
