Achieving quality of the university teaching staff by creating interregional associations of teachers

The article presents an approach, according to which the quality of education is characterized by different components. The quality of the university teaching staff is one of the main components that determine the quality of higher education in the modern world. Creating inter-regional associations of university teachers- is one of the conditions that contribute to the quality of the university teaching staff. Special attention is paid to the quality of the university teaching staff as one of the components of the “quality of education” system. There is made a case for creating inter-regional associations of university teachers in order to achieve quality education. The article presents the experience of inter-regional associations of university teachers, aimed at stimulating the professional identity of teachers.
