Achievement of competitive advantages by Russian education

For the development of the Russian economy and business it is necessary to improve the quality of education. Each level of education is distinguished by its own specifics: certain content characteristics of human capital, certain authoritative instruments of their measurement; finally, certain positions of Russia in the relevant rankings. The article presents an overview of each level of education, identifies "weaknesses", and formulated proposals to address the most pressing problems of education.
