Dostoevsky and the problem of interpretation "Egyptean nights" by Pushkin

The article is devoted to the principles of interpretation of "Egyptian Nights" (1835). Pushkin in an article by F.M. Dostoevsky's "Reply" to the Russian Messenger "(1861). The main circumstances of the journal polemic surrounding Pushkin's text are highlighted. The elements of Dostoevsky's Christian axiology are considered as a platform for his critical and publicistic speeches.
