The article is devoted to establishing the fact of drugs' availability in the drug situation monitoring. The drugs' availability in the Siberian Federal region is determined according to the sociological research. The value of sociological survey within the drug situation monitoring is actualized, which helps to formulate more exact criminological forecasts of drug situation.
