Availability of educational services to families with children in Moscow

In this article the partial inavailability of the kindergarten and the even schools in Moscow for many families with children is characterized. The main factors that caused this problem are discussed. The analysis is based on the official statistical data and the results of the spot checks of the population. Attention is paid to the changes in this field in the capital and provinces in the last years.
