Availability of justice as a condition of judicial protection guarantee

The article considers various opinions of scientists concerning with the definition of such concepts, as justice, availability of justice. It is emphasized, that the availability of justice in criminal proceedings is determined by the peculiarities of this type of state activity and depends on the legitimate and justified activities performed during the pre-trial proceedings on a criminal case.
