Availability of court in the mechanism of implementation of judicial authority: concept and essence

In article debatable questions by determination of essence of the principle of availability of court and its law-enforcement practice are considered. Characteristics of terminological inconsistency when determining this legal phenomenon are analysed. The elements characterizing the principle of availability of court are revealed and practical recommendations about elimination of this legislative gap are proved.
