The pre-trail agreement on cooperation: assessment of effectiveness and main problems

On the basis of judicial practice the article considers the issues of practical implementation of the institution of pre-trial agreement on cooperation as well as controversial provisions of the criminal-procedural legislation of the Russian Federation regulating this institution; ways of solving current problems are proposed.
