Trust as an object of sociological and managerial analysis: theoretical problems of the definition

The article discusses the main approaches to the analysis of trust in the framework of sociological and managerial discourse. Conceptual differences of the notion of trust from the point of view of classical sociology, exchange theory, structural functionalism, communicator and actor approaches are presented.
