Social capital helps a person at all stages of his labor activity, starting with job search, ending with dismissal, and organizations with developed social capital, including a high level of trust, positive social ties and relationships, have more favorable opportunities for development and increased competitiveness in the market services and goods. The social capital of an individual employee plays an important role in the formation of the organization’s capital. If we conditionally take the organization’s social capital as a «molecule», then the «atom» will be the social capital of the employee, and he, in turn, is no longer able to share.
