Trust as a social technology in the network of government-society relations

The article explains the necessity of using trust as a social technology in management. In future, this social technology will be able to optimize the nature of the interaction between the governance and society. The authors analyze the network principle of relations, which is so popular in today's society. The authors conclude that the government should develop a communicative strategy based on trust and executed in the network. It will help to stabilize the Russian reality.
