Trust in business: the public's perception

In this article, the interdependence of the concepts of "trust" and "business" is investigated. Within the scope of this investigation the planes, in which the issues of trust in business are studied, are identified. The factors affecting the public's perception of trust in business and partly that of clients are determined. Additionally, the factors, which affect the negative perception of trust by the aforementioned target groups, are revealed.
