В статье исследуется взаимозависимость понятий «доверие» и «бизнес». В частности, выявляются плоскости, в которых изучаются вопросы доверия в бизнесе; определяются факторы, которые влияют на восприятие доверия в бизнесе общественностью, а также частично клиентами; устанавливаются факторы, влияющие на негативное восприятие доверия в бизнесе вышеупомянутыми целевыми группами в последние годы.
